Return policy.
Perfume Emporium strives to satisfy the customer, without you we wouldn't be in business. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 30 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit card. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all opened or used items.
If you would like to return your order please send it to the mail address above. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return. We will credit your card back within 7 business days of receipt.

Perfume Emporium only carries original designer fragrances. Absolutely no knockoffs or imposter fragrances are sold at Perfume Emporium. We aim to have the lowest price on the Internet and make every attempt to get the fragrance you desire. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it within 30 days for a refund.

International orders.
Currently we only take international orders via mail order. We can only accept payment in the form of International Money Orders, our bank will not cash checks drawn on foreign banks so please make sure to send an International Money Order so your order is not delayed. Customer is responsible for any duty or custom charges that may apply. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards for international orders. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Fragrance abbreviations.
Below is a breakdown of the fragrance abbreviations we use on our site.
Concentrations are listed from the strongest to weakest.
Parfum - Pure Parfum.
EDP - Eau de Parfum.
PDT - Parfum de Toilette (same as EDP).
EDT - Eau de Toilette.
COL - Cologne.
EDC - Eau de Cologne.

* Give upper lashes a second coat of mascara, concentrating on the tips by stroking the brush horizontally across the lash. Never wait when applying second coat of mascara to lashes. Mascara, especially waterproof mascara, dries quickly and can clump.
* Lightly coat lower lashes.
