This service is only available for items that we know are 'In Stock' at your local warehouse.
All deliveries are made by Reality. If we are unable to deliver your goods within 30 days, and you have not been informed of this before you place your order, we will contact you to agree alternative arrangements. If however you wish to cancel your order, a full refund of any monies paid will be sent to you within 30 days.

Delivering Larger Items. Most items can normally be delivered FREE within 10 working days, subject to stock availability. Whenever you see this symbol and the item has a star next to the catalogue number, the goods will be delivered by a two man team. You will be contacted 2 - 3 days before delivery to confirm a suitable date. When ordering, please leave a contact telephone number and postcode of the delivery address. This service is not available to BFPO customers.

Stock Availability. A stock check is run each night to determine the availability of each item. If an item or option (such as a particular size) is sold out it will say as such within the item details. Unfortunately an item may go out of stock during the day, should this happen after you have submitted your order then you will be contacted, as soon as possible, by one of our Customer Service Advisers. If an item is not available, we may send a substitute of equal or greater value which you can return free of charge if it is unacceptable.
Delivery times for each item will be shown in your shopping basket. Items indicated as 'In Stock' will normally be delivered within 48 hours.

Should delivery be attempted when you are not at home a telephone number will be left so you can rearrange delivery at a more suitable time.

Delivery to a different address. If you're not at home when your parcel is delivered we can arrange to leave it with a neighbour or in a garage or outbuilding.
